2000 Ford F150

This Ford F150 was done for the Truck Cap & Accessories Association. They were in need of something to show off aftermarket parts.
They chose to leave the main body color the factory maroon so that all the jam areas and underhood could be left alone. We designed a simple but colorfully ripping scallop graphic.
The body was disassembled and sanded then a black base was sprayed. The scallop design was then taped out and the rear of the project masked. The two shades of blue were sprayed first. When dry, it was covered and the white and yellow were next. some vinyl transfers were made and some letter was painted to match. With the base colors graphics complete, they were masked and the rear sections unmasked and sprayed the factory red.
When all was completed the project was cleared, sanded, and re-cleared a second time for a show smooth finish.
When re-assembled it was off to the show.
